Help & Support

Server Future will be here to answer and questions or help you resolve any technical problems that you may be having with your re-seller account with us.

Will you provide support to my clients?

No - YOU are responsible for providing "frontline" support to your clients, if there is an issue that you cannot resolve then you are free to ask us to help - only YOU will have access to our support desk and you should not give out this info to your clients.

What do you provide support for?

Officially we provide support for all technical related queries you may have with your account - this includes downtime, server response, email issues, FTP problems and other aspects of your account. Un-officially we have been known to offer help and advice on billing your clients, suspending / deleting clients, and other non-server related aspects of your hosting business (please note that our availablity to answer such questions may be limited if our support team is busy)

How is support available?

We provide support through our Helpdesk system, all tickets raised by the system will be looked at as soon as possible - we aim to answer all support tickets in under 30 minutes, although at busy times this time may be longer.
