Below are our current Terms & Conditions for a hosting account with us (Server Future). Please note that Server Future is a sub-company of TWD Hosting Ltd and throught these terms & conditions the company shall be knows as "Server Future" or "SF".

Network Availability & Uptime - SF operates an SLA (Service Level Agreement) which guarentees the availability of your website on the Internet for 99% of the time (average per month). This guarentee is only inforce if the reason for the downtime which breaks our SLA is within our control. Acts of God, War or Terrorism are NOT covered by the SLA, neither are malicious acts upon our equipment / Network (via Internet attack or other means), or a problem with the network OUTSIDE of our datacenter. By signing-up for a hosting account you agree to pay SF the agreed amount per month for your hosting facility - failure to pay may result in loss of service which is also not covered by our SLA.

Storage / Transmission of "inopropriate material" - You may not store or make available for view / download an material that is considered inopropriate by SF. Below is a list of material that we DO NOT allow on our servers, this list is by no means complete or final. If you are in any doubt then please contact out sales department...

• "Adult" content - we DO NOT allow adult content on our servers, this includes pictures / images, movies or links to such material.
• "Illegal" content - this includes the promotion of drugs or any criminal activity, the promotion of the abuse of others regardless of age, sex or creed, terrorism or the promotion of groups that are associated with terrorism.
• Material / Files that can be used for disruption to computer systems - This includes systems to attack, compromise or take off-line any system either inside or outside of our network. You may also not promote such activities or provide links to software which could be used in such activities.
• Copyright Material - You must always check & gain the permission of the owner of a file before posting it onto the Internet. Will will not tolerate the storage of copyrighted material on our servers (including Music, Films & TV material, Software and Games).
• SPAM (un-solicited eMail) Spam is currently the scurge of the Internet, it is mindless, irresponsible and in a growing number of countries illegal. SF WILL NOT TOLERATE spammers in any way - they are harmfull to our servers (in terms of the server being blacklisted) and we are 100% committed to finding and removing anyone who sends out spam through our services.

As a Re-Seller of SF services it is YOUR responsibility to make sure that your clients abide by our terms & conditions. If we discover that a client under your account has breached our terms & conditions then in most circumstances we will contact you and ask you to deal with it (how you do this is your business as long as the content in question is removed). UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES we may bypass you as the reseller and suspend the offending domain - This will only happen under EXTREME circumstances but we reserve the right to suspend / remove accounts on our servers if we think that they may harm our business or the business of others located on that server. (ie a Spammer who gets the whole server blacklisted).

• Privacy - We will at all times keep your identity as a customer of SF private, we cannot guarentee that your identity as a reseller will remain hidden as the information that can prove that SF is the true owner of the server is freely available on the internet to anyone with the knowledge to find it. We do however provide you with the facility to use your own "custom" nameservers to point your clients domains to our server(s).
• Client Support - We only provide support to our direct customers, you as the reseller are responsible for providing support to your clients. You must not pass on your clients to us for support... Only official support requests through our support ticket system will be answered and you must NOT pass on your support system log-in details to anyone else.
